David Lefkovits

David was born in Brazil and raised in Venezuela, South America. Since a very young age, he worked with his family businesses on weekends and summers where he was exposed to real estate ventures. He moved to the US in 1991 to obtain his Industrial Engineering degree at Georgia Tech (Georgia Institute of Technology).

He commenced his career in technology at a small software firm in Atlanta where he was very involved in the growth of the organization. He developed business operations in Latin America and continued through his company's merger with a Dutch software company. He then moved to the Netherlands for five years where he led the European and Asia Pacific operations for his division (Supply Chain Management).

In October of 2003, David moved back to the US where he co-founded the LEFKO Group (www.lefkogroup.com), a real estate development, general contracting and investments company in Atlanta, with his brother and father. He is also a partner of Custom Building Group (www.cbghomes.net), a builder of luxury homes in Metro Atlanta. He lives in Sandy Springs with his wife Lisa, son Matthew and daughter Vivian.

He has been active with the Atlanta Jewish Federation, the Junior Achievement Company Program and the Boys & Girls Club of Brookhaven. He serves on the board and executive committee of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), is on the executive committee of the Darfur Urgent Action Coalition of Georgia and is a founding board member of Hugging His Lambs, a non profit organization focused on providing opportunities to the under privileged Hispanic youth. He recently also joined the board of directors of the Atlanta chapter of EO (Entrepreneurial Organization).
